    General

    • What is the new GLEEM battery brush?

    • What does the GLEEM battery brush do?
The GLEEM battery brush delivers sonic bristle vibrations to help remove plaque biofilm. Use GLEEM battery brush just like you would a regular toothbrush.
    • Why GLEEM?

    • How is the GLEEM battery brush different from manual brushes?
GLEEM battery brush is different from manual brushes because it delivers sonic bristle vibrations ("micro motion") during brushing to help remove plaque biofilm. A manual brush relies on "macro motion" (aka brushing motion) to clean.
    • How is the GLEEM battery brush different from other battery brushes?
With 200 vibrations per second, the GLEEM battery brush delivers sonic bristle vibrations to help clean teeth. With its slim, sleek profile and neutral colors, GLEEM is designed to blend with your bathroom.
    • How is the GLEEM battery brush different from rechargeable brushes?
Unlike rechargeable brushes, the GLEEM battery brush does not require chargers or wires to plug in. The GLEEM battery brush comes with a travel case and uses 1 AAA battery, so you can carry it and use it without needing an electrical outlet nearby.
    • GLEEM Battery Brush Sonic vibrations

    • What are sonic bristle vibrations? How do they work and what do they do?
Sonic bristle vibrations are tiny oscillations that are perceptible to the human ear. The GLEEM battery brush vibrates the bristles of the brush head to help remove plaque biofilm from your teeth while brushing.
    • Can I use the GLEEM battery brush without the sonic bristle vibrations on?
Yes, you can use the GLEEM battery brush just like you would a manual toothbrush without turning it on.
    • GLEEM Battery Brush Brush heads

    • What kind of bristles does the GLEEM battery brush have?
The GLEEM battery brush has soft, nylon bristles for a gentle clean.
    • How do I replace the brush head?
To remove an old brush head, grasp the brush head at either the base or neck (the skinny part) and pull straight up while holding the handle. (The brush head does not need to be screwed or twisted on or off.) Discard your old brush head and replace the brush head with a new GLEEM refill brush head by placing the brush head onto the handle with the bristles facing the same direction as the power button. Press down until you hear a click and the brush head is securely attached to the handle. You're all set!

The GLEEM Battery Toothbrush is designed to work with just 1 AAA battery for convenient operation and replacement. The GLEEM Battery Toothbrush is sold with a battery pre-installed so you can begin using it right away, but if you’re having trouble with the brush not turning on, try these steps:
In order for the brush to turn on, 1 AAA battery needs to be installed properly.
      1. To open the battery compartment, use a coin and insert it into the slot in the bottom of the handle and turn counterclockwise. Remove the battery compartment cap.
      2. To ensure proper battery installation, make sure that the positive end of the battery (with the protruding portion) is installed towards the brush head. The negative end of the battery (the flat side) should be at the base of the toothbrush. (There are also markings on the brush handle showing the direction of the battery).
      3. To close the battery compartment, replace the battery compartment cap on the bottom of the handle. Use a coin and insert it into the slot in the battery compartment cap and turn it tightly clockwise so that the indicator marks align (there is a circle symbol on the brush handle and a triangle symbol on the battery cap that need to be aligned to ensure proper installation).
Sometimes the pre-installed battery can become drained during transit or on-shelf, so if the steps above don’t work, try installing a new AAA battery using steps 1-3.
If the brush still does not turn on after installing a new battery, call GLEEM Customer Service at 855-210-8802.
